We provide holistic, diagnostic therapy based on your child’s individual needs. Our aim is to equip and empower children and their families by giving them the tools they need to achieve their goals.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE SPEECH & LANGUAGE THERAPY & DYSLEXIA THERAPY.

Speech & Language Therapy

We are passionate about giving each child the tools he/she needs to succeed. Speech and language therapy addresses a variety of challenges, such as: Early Language Delays, Apraxia of Speech, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Articulation/Phonology Disorders, Social Pragmatic Language Disorders, Fluency/Stuttering, Executive Function challenges, Oral Motor skill development, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, and Auditory Processing Disorder. In addition to providing 1:1 direct therapy, we proudly offer social skills groups in which children can increase their communication skills and relationships with peers. Children engage with others who are close in age and each group contains at least one peer model.

Dyslexia Therapy

Are you looking for ways to help your child improve his/her reading skills? Look no further! We have qualified therapists who have extensive training in research-based methods, such that your student receives direct instruction to improve pre-literacy and literacy skills.

OUR DYSLEXIA PROGRAMS:
TAKE FLIGHT: A COMPREHENSIVE INTERVENTION FOR STUDENTS WITH DYSLEXIA:

Take Flight is a two-year, Orton-Gillingham based therapeutic curriculum written by the staff of the Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia and Learning Disorders at Scottish Rite for Children. It includes 132 lessons for a total of 230 hours of systematic, direct, multisensory instruction. This comprehensive program is provided in either a small group (1:3) or 1:1 ratio at a frequency of 4 times per week (each session lasting 1 hour.)

In addition, students will learn all 44 sounds of the English language, 96 letter-sound correspondence rules, and 87 affixes. Furthermore, your student will learn spelling rules for base words and derivatives, as well as be provided opportunities to improve oral reading fluency.
